  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Chili flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
