Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
