Description
Delicious smoked Cajun cheeseburgers with a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Lettuce and tomato for toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Brush the patties with olive oil.
- Place the patties in the smoker and cook for about 1 hour.
- In the last 5 minutes, add cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt.
- Remove patties from smoker and let rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the burgers with buns, lettuce, and tomato.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spiciness.
- Use your favorite cheese if desired.
- Serve with your choice of condiments.
