Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the russet potatoes, then boil in salted water until fork-tender (15-20 minutes). Drain and cool slightly.
  2. Mash the cooled potatoes until smooth, then mix in flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized bites and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
