- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar.
- Add flour, milk, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Arrange sliced bananas on top of the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
