Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Southwest dressing

Instructions

  1. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Add the sliced grilled chicken on top.
  3. Mix in black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
  4. Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the salad.
  5. Drizzle Southwest dressing on top and toss gently to combine.
