Ingredients

- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup Southwest dressing
Instructions
- Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
- Add the sliced grilled chicken on top.
- Mix in black beans, corn, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
- Sprinkle chopped cilantro over the salad.
- Drizzle Southwest dressing on top and toss gently to combine.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of dressing to your taste.
- For added crunch, include tortilla strips.
