Ingredients

- 1 cup corn, cooked
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, corn, bell pepper, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
