Ingredients

  • 4 ripe peaches, sliced
  • 1 orange, cut into wedges
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 12 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
  • 1 bottle of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup peach schnapps
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and slice the peaches, orange, lemon, and lime into wedges.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits and mint leaves. Sprinkle sugar over the fruits and gently muddle.
  3. Pour in the white wine and peach schnapps, stirring gently to combine.
  4. Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, preferably overnight.
  5. Before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda.
  6. Serve over ice, garnished with additional peach slices and mint leaves.
