Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 orange, cut into wedges
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
- 1 bottle of white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
- 1 cup peach schnapps
- 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
Instructions
- Wash all fruits thoroughly and slice the peaches, orange, lemon, and lime into wedges.
- In a large pitcher, combine the sliced fruits and mint leaves. Sprinkle sugar over the fruits and gently muddle.
- Pour in the white wine and peach schnapps, stirring gently to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, gently stir in the sparkling water or club soda.
- Serve over ice, garnished with additional peach slices and mint leaves.
