- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 4 sheets nori
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- Soy sauce for serving
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, mayonnaise, and Sriracha.
- Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori.
- Add a line of the crab mixture, avocado, and cucumber.
- Roll the sushi tightly using the mat.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve with soy sauce.
