Ingredients

- 500g fish fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix flour, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each fish piece in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the nuggets until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use any firm white fish.
- Adjust spice levels according to preference.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
