- 8 ounces noodles (spaghetti, linguine, or rice noodles)
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons chili oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some cooking water and drain noodles.
- In a bowl, mix chili oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes, stir to combine.
- Return noodles to pot or large bowl. Pour sauce over noodles, tossing to coat evenly. Add reserved noodle water as needed to loosen sauce.
- Add chopped green onions and toss gently.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top as garnish and serve hot.
