Description

A flavorful dish featuring chicken glazed with spicy maple syrup served over creamy coconut rice.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup and sriracha sauce.
  3. Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
  4. Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. In a pot, combine jasmine rice, coconut milk, water, and salt.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Fluff rice with a fork and serve with chicken.
  8. Garnish with green onions.
