Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- Salt to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup and sriracha sauce.
- Coat chicken thighs with the mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- In a pot, combine jasmine rice, coconut milk, water, and salt.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Fluff rice with a fork and serve with chicken.
- Garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
