Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the watermelon into fry-shaped pieces.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss the watermelon fries in the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
