Description

A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke chicken casserole.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
  3. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
  • Add more cheese for a cheesier casserole.
