A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke chicken casserole.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, spinach, and artichoke hearts.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream.
- Add more cheese for a cheesier casserole.
