- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded cheese, spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Let cool before serving.
