Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Mix spinach, feta, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Cut the pastry into strips.
- Place the spinach mixture on one end of each strip.
- Fold the pastry over and twist it.
- Brush each twist with beaten egg.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
