Description

Spinach and mushroom stuffed chicken is a flavorful and healthy dish.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and mushrooms; sauté until mushrooms are tender.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and Parmesan cheese with the mushroom and spinach mixture.
  6. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach and mushroom mixture.
  7. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  8. Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
