Description
Starbucks Strawberry Shortcake Frappuccino is a refreshing and creamy drink blending fresh strawberries, vanilla syrup, and whipped cream to mimic the classic dessert in a frappuccino form.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup milk (whole or any dairy alternative)
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Shortcake or cake crumbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Wash and slice fresh strawberries or thaw frozen ones.
- In a blender, combine sliced strawberries, ice, milk, vanilla syrup, and half of the whipped cream. Blend until smooth and creamy (30-60 seconds).
- Check consistency; add milk to thin or ice to thicken as needed, then blend again.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Top with remaining whipped cream, garnish with strawberry slices and shortcake or cake crumbs.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- Avoid blending too long to keep the frappuccino cold and refreshing.
- Use smaller ice cubes for smoother blending.
- Add a splash of lemon juice to strawberries for brightness.
- Chill the serving glass beforehand to keep the drink colder longer.
- Freeze leftovers for a slushie-style treat.
- Substitute dairy milk with almond, soy, or oat milk as needed.
