- 300 g Broccoli or a whole head
- 160 g Mange tout
- 250 g Dried egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon Fresh crushed ginger or from a jar
- 4 cloves Garlic, peeled and crushed

- 6 tablespoons Tomato ketchup
- 4 Spring onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
Instructions

- Heat sunflower oil in a large pan or wok over high heat. Add beef strips and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring, until browned and cooked through.

- Add soaked noodles and prepared sauce to the pan. Toss everything together until evenly coated and heated through.
- Garnish with sliced spring onions and serve immediately while hot.
Notes
- Do not overcook the beef; cook just until browned.
- Soak noodles only until softened to avoid mushiness.
- Have all ingredients prepped before cooking for efficiency.
- Marinating the beef in sauce beforehand enhances flavor.
