- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot.
- Add macaroni and cook until tender.
- Drain the macaroni.
- Return macaroni to the pot.
- Add milk, cheese, butter, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until cheese is melted and mixture is creamy.
