Description

Delicious strawberry cheesecake cupcakes with a creamy filling.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  4. Gradually add flour and stir until combined.
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fold in chopped strawberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter.
  8. Add a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool before serving.
