A refreshing and delicious strawberry crunch cheesecake salad.
Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Layer half of the strawberry slices in a serving dish.
- Add half of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
- Sprinkle half of the graham cracker mixture on top.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining strawberries, cream cheese mixture, and graham cracker mixture.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
- You can add other berries for variety.
- Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
