Description

A refreshing and delicious strawberry crunch cheesecake salad.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  4. Layer half of the strawberry slices in a serving dish.
  5. Add half of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries.
  6. Sprinkle half of the graham cracker mixture on top.
  7. Repeat the layers with the remaining strawberries, cream cheese mixture, and graham cracker mixture.
  8. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
