- 100g sun dried tomatoes
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in sun dried tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and basil, mixing well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
