A flavorful and easy-to-make Sweet Chili Chicken Bowl that combines tender chicken with fresh vegetables and a sweet chili sauce.

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli, cooking until tender.
- Stir in sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sweet chili sauce.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or snap peas.
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sweet chili sauce before cooking.
