- 4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Spread mini marshmallows evenly on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute brown sugar with maple syrup for a different flavor.
- For a crunchier topping, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
