Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread mini marshmallows evenly on top.
