- 1 bag frozen tater tots (32 oz)
- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced cooked sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Add the diced sausage to the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute sausage with bacon or ham.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat.
- This casserole can be made ahead and stored in the fridge overnight.
