Description

Tater Tot Casserole is a classic comfort food that combines ground beef, creamy mushroom soup, crispy tater tots, and melted cheese into a hearty, satisfying meal perfect for families and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and crumbly, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium. Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and mix until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Transfer the beef mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly to form the base layer.
  5. Layer the frozen tater tots evenly over the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese evenly on top of the tater tots.
