Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. In a small saucepan, heat teriyaki sauce and sesame oil over medium heat.
  7. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat.
  8. Serve warm.
