- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, heat teriyaki sauce and sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve warm.

- Garnish with sesame seeds and additional green onions if desired.
