Description
A quick and tasty teriyaki tofu stir-fry with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Add garlic and ginger; stir for 1 minute.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and teriyaki sauce; mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust sauce amounts to taste.
- Can be served with noodles instead of rice.
