A creamy and cheesy broccoli dish baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheddar, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture.
- Mix the steamed broccoli with the cheese mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use fresh broccoli for best results.
- Adjust cheese types according to preference.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
