Description

A creamy and cheesy broccoli dish baked to perfection.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the broccoli florets until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cheddar, mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture.
  5. Mix the steamed broccoli with the cheese mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  8. Drizzle olive oil over the top.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
