- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in milk until smooth.
- Cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Add cheddar and Parmesan, stirring until melted.
- Mix in truffle oil, salt, and pepper.
- Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
- Serve hot.
