- 1/4 cup cucumber, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 8 large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients in one place.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Add Greek yogurt for creaminess if desired. Mix well.
- Add the finely diced celery, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and chopped parsley to the tuna mixture. Stir until well combined and season with salt and pepper.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Place a spoonful of the tuna mixture in the center of each leaf and fold the sides over, then roll it up to create a wrap.
- Arrange the wraps on a serving platter and serve with lemon wedges.
