  • Tuna in water: 1 can (about 400 grams), drained
  • Mayonnaise: 100 grams (1/2 cup)
  • Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper: to taste
  • Egg: 1 (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley sprigs: for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by combining drained tuna, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
