- Olive oil: 60 milliliters (1/4 cup)
- Tuna in water: 1 can (about 400 grams), drained
- Mayonnaise: 100 grams (1/2 cup)
- Onion: 1 small, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Egg: 1 (for egg wash)
- Fresh parsley sprigs: for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by combining drained tuna, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Assemble the rolls by dividing the dough into pieces, flattening them, adding filling, and sealing them.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and let the rolls rise for 30 minutes before baking.
- Brush the rolls with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
