A delicious recipe for stuffed shells with turkey and spinach.

- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar marinara sauce (24 oz)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix turkey, spinach, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the turkey mixture.
- Spread half of the marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the stuffed shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add herbs for extra flavor.
- Use leftover turkey for a quicker option.
