Description

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and chickpeas.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the vegan mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and nutritional yeast.
  3. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
