A hearty vegetable casserole filled with a variety of fresh vegetables and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all the vegetables.
- Add the cream, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add or substitute vegetables as desired.
- Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
- This casserole can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
