- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the diced bell peppers, onions, spinach, tomatoes, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
