Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add black beans, corn, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer tortilla chips, then the beef mixture, and top with salsa and cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream on top.
