Description
A refreshing winter salad with apples and walnuts.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 apple, sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, apple slices, walnuts, feta cheese, and cranberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately.

- Use any type of apple you prefer.
- Toast the walnuts for extra flavor.
- Can be made ahead; add dressing just before serving.
