A hearty winter vegetable casserole packed with seasonal veggies.
Ingredients

- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 2 cups chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables.
- In another bowl, mix cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and cheese is bubbly.

- Feel free to add your favorite winter vegetables.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
