Description

A hearty winter vegetable casserole packed with seasonal veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups chopped cauliflower
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the vegetables and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender and cheese is bubbly.
