Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then mix in the granulated sugar until well combined. Let it cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the eggs one at a time to the butter and sugar mixture, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
