Ingredients

  • Wontons – 20 pieces
  • Chicken broth – 4 cups
  • Ginger – 1 inch, sliced
  • Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
  • Green onions – 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.
  3. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove ginger slices from the broth.
  5. Add wontons to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes.
