Description

A hearty zucchini egg breakfast bake that is easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix grated zucchini with olive oil.
  3. Add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
