Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix grated zucchini with olive oil.
- Add eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in the shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Reheat in the microwave.
- Can add cooked sausage or bacon for extra protein.
